Journey began in December 2008 with a concept of excelling the most tangible asset of an organization, i.e., Human Capital with the name AGeiS HR International. We started in Seattle, USA in the hand of two University of California, Berkeley Haas and University of Toronto alumni. Started in a small one room office in Elliot Bay Office Park, Seattle but the name on the board outside spoke everything, “AGeiS HR International” – a vision of being global.
2009 – AGeiS is reinvented & reincorporated as “AGeiS HR Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd.” in Dubai, UAE and Bangalore, India by Mr. Arindam Ghosh who had been the pivotal for Gulf and APAC business. We started our operation in Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Doha, Bangkok, Jakarta and Manila
2010 and onward AGeiS rooted its honoured presence in India with arms in Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai and Ahmedabad
2011 - Our research and analytics arm first established, to share intelligence and expert points of view on talent and leadership.
2011 to 2018 – AGeiS acquired more than 500 clients in Gulf, APAC and MENA regions who are the leaders in the space of NBFC, Banking, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering Products manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Broking, Telecom, E-Commerce, Healthcare and Hospitals, EdTechs, Retail and FMCGs, Software Development and IT Services and Management Consultancies
2019 – “AGeiS HR Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd.” becomes AGeiS HR Consulting LLC.
